MU School of Medicine
University of Missouri-Columbia
At MSETS I work in a small, close-knit group of 5 other programmers
and one project manager. We develop customized applications for the School of Medicine
using C# and the .NET framework. Most of our applications are data-driven,
ergo lots of thought has to occur before any programming gets done.
When I started there was no formal software engineering process to speak of; now
we've got a great framework in place and it just keeps getting smoother and more
streamlined with each day that passes. I like to think of where we'll be as
a department in a few years...
